I heart you, you heart me, we all heart differently

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and who doesn’t enjoy a little love?

But how can you share the love in a sustainable way? Here’s how.

If you’re a gardener like the Green Queen, you can save your flowers (especially little rosebuds) and let them dry out to use in crafting creations or just let them sit around the house beautifying the place.
Then, you can cut off the dead branches to save the prettiest part of the plant.

Using simple candy molds you can make heart-shaped soap or candles, or simply create pretty shaped wax creations, which you can glue the dried rosebuds on. You can wrap your candle or soap up in a pretty new tea-towel and add a hearty-hotpad for a (love)ly gift or keep it for yourself.
Then when the holiday is over, peel off the flowers and use the soap or candle.

It’s pretty, practical and sharing the love is . . . priceless.
